Slamming Swami Agnivesh for participating in reality show Bigg Boss, Arya Samaj has said that his act has hurt the sentiments of the entire saffron clan. The organisation has even announced his boycott over the issue.
Agnivesh entered the Bigg Boss house on Tuesday night and said he will use the show as a medium to create awareness on social issues. However, his clan is not too happy with his move.
Acharya Baldev, Chief, Arya Samaj, Haryana said: "Not only Arya Samaj, but entire society will face its consequence because he (Swami Agnivesh) has coloured his clothes (in saffron colour). So, all those who have coloured their clothes are in trouble. He should have gone (in the TV reality show) after removing his saffron clothes. He has hurt the religious sentiments of everyone including ancient Hindu organisation and Arya Samaj. He has harmed the image of the saints and sacred people."
"We have already boycotted him from Arya Samaj and in the coming future also we will go on with this boycott. We will completely ban his entry on any functions of Arya Samaj. All the intellectuals from the country will share stage, but he would not be allowed," he added.
