Superstar Rajinikanth’s next film has been titled as Kochadaiyaan and it will release before Rana. Kochadaiyaan will be shot on performance-capture technology (PCT) in 3D which will be the first ever film in India while the 3D technology has been captured by Hollywood makers James Cameron in Avatar and Steven Spielberg in The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn.
Soundarya Rajinikanth will wield the megaphone for the film under the supervision of KS Ravikumar and Eros International and Media one Global entertainment Limited will produce the movie. Rana will begin the shoot only after Kochadaiyaan gets wrapped up. KS Ravikumar has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film which is taking shape at a brisk pace. Kochadaiyaan is scheduled for a release in August 2012.
